He had a great understanding of the product, the warranty and other issues. He kept in touch during the project and they started right around the time they thought. The real plus was the crew and the work product. We had a three man crew that worked incredibly hard and were perfectionists. They told me of any problems they found under the siding and fixed the problems. They cleaned up every day and I am overwhelmingly pleased with the result. The curbside appeal is great, as it looks like wood, but won't wear out. We have had several large storms and the gutters are fantastic.

The crew were very courteous to my husband and each other. They each knew what there part of the job was and went about it. At the end of each day, they made sure that all old siding and scraps were picked up. They walked around my home at least twice and sometimes more picking up scraps. I felt that I could go outside on my lawn without shoes and not step on any nails or trash. We have more home improvement needs and will DEFINITELY contact this contractor.

They did such a great job and the house looked so beautiful after they finished that I decided at the last minute to add new down spouts to the gutters. They were also able to fix an annoying problem with a gutter that was badly positioned and improperly draining. The team was fast, polite, professional and accommodating--having to work around my deck guy coming in to install the ledger board for the new deck. I did a ton of internet research and solicited eight other bids before deciding to go with Spotless and Seamless. I couldn't be happier!
